This ensures that we are there for you, and any emergencies should they arise; in order to ensure a smooth handover to your guests whether at the property or at the airport.
Aidan & Mandy Enterprises also provide the added benefit of being available to oversee any deliveries or maintenance works. This means that you or your guests are not disrupting valuable holiday time.

New purchases from Cam Bank.
We have a very good relationship with the solicitations in Los Alcazares who are dealing with completions on newly purchased Cam Bank properties on Hacienda Riquelme. You can arrange for us to collect your apartment keys on your behalf and we will liaise with them and the utility companies to get your apartment reconnected. We will also deal with all furniture deliveries etc on your behalf.

We are just about to sign up for our forth year with Aidan & Mandy who live permanently at HRGR so understand the sorts of problems we all face first hand. They visit our apartment every week to check all is well and then let us know by email if there are any problems - this costs 175 euros per year and we think it's great value.
